It can also lead to itchy and pale skin. I suggest making sure you’re consuming enough iron daily but don’t over do it here. Too much of anything is a bad thing.
In my opinion, vitamin C might be the most important vitamin to consume. It can be helpful when it comes to building collagen. Vitamin C is used in a number of the most popular skin care products on the market today. If it wasn’t essential, it wouldn’t be the main ingredient in so many skin serums. This vitamin can be naturally consumed through fruits, juices, and even broccoli.
Staying hydrated is crucial if you want healthy skin. I consume more water than you can imagine on a daily basis and most celebrities even recommend consuming H20 in order to keep your skin hydrated. Lose the sodas and pick up a water bottle.
You must feed your body with plenty of rest if you want it to run the way it should. That means getting at least, eight hours of sleep each night. Depriving yourself sleep is literally killing you and is aging you.
