It’s cold in nearly every part of the United States, people are depressed because the holidays are over and there’s way too much work to be done. Trust me, I get it! However, you’ve got to shift your attitude and focus on the good because today I’m sharing some simple ways to achieve healthier skin by the end of March.

I know, it seems light years away, but believe it or not, it’s just around the corner. If you’re interested in achieving better-looking skin, then all you need to do is commit to a few things over the next couple of months. I promise, none of this is excessively painful nor will it negatively impact your life in general. Quite frankly, I think it’ll have a huge positive impact on your life if you just do as I say and take action. Sounds simple, right? That’s because it really is. Here’s what you need to know!

These five things listed below are affordable and easy to commit to if you simply set a reminder on your phone to do so. I’ll kick things off now and not waste any more of your time…

Drink A Gallon Of Water Daily

If you want to have better-looking skin, then you’ve got to flush out the toxins. The best way to do that is to drink water. I’m a huge advocate of staying hydrated and drinking at least a gallon per day. That might seem like a lot of water but trust me, it’s really not that much. Start your day by drinking 16 ounces and you’ve already gotten off to a great start!

Budget Eight Minutes Every Evening

Another thing that you’ll want to commit to is budgeting eight minutes every evening to your skin. That should be plenty of time for you to cleanse, exfoliate and do whatever it is that your current routine calls for. Assuming that you’re not doing anything, then you’re not committing to improving your skin!

Spend Less Time At Work

Bosses and business owners are going to kill me when they hear this but it truly does make a difference. If you’re spending too much time working, then I’m almost positive that you’re more stressed out than you should be. Stress can lead to a lot of health problems including bad skin, increased cortisol levels and so much more. Do your body a favor and take a couple of days throughout the week and just leave work at a decent hour. If you’re already doing this, then great!

Drink Alcohol 1x A Month or Less

Alcohol destroys your skin. It can make you can weight due to the empty calories and the binge eating is awful that comes along with feasting while intoxicated. Do yourself a solid and don’t buy any booze to store in your house. Additionally, it would be prudent for you to only choose one night per month that you allow yourself to consume alcohol. Either that or quit completely. I promise you’re going to feel like a million bucks if you commit to this! Be prepared for a mood enhancement, better skin, and a better life all around.

Pack Your Lunch

Last but not least, commit to packing your lunch every day. Foods that we purchase for lunch on a daily basis are often filled with processed ingredients, toxins, and loads of unhealthy stuff. If you’re looking to shed some pounds and improve the look and feel of your skin, then it would be prudent to know exactly what you’re eating on a daily basis. My advice would be to get on a strict or well-balanced diet to make this whole process easier for you.
