Time to talk food. Guess what, Sam confirmed in an article published on Bodyandsoul.com that she’s dairy free and spends most of her time eating natural whole foods. Doing so helps her have more energy and digest her food better.
She’s also a huge fan of hitting the gym and not just your typical workout. You’ll find her in resistance classes, spin classes, cardio and more. Don’t be surprised if she drops into one of your boot camp classes either as that’s a staple of her healthy lifestyle.
