When you hear someone mention teas to you, most likely you’re thinking of one of two types of tea. Most people immediately think of green tea or English tea. In fact, many people haven’t got a clue that some of the best teas are good for your skin. There are so many benefits to drinking different types of teas that I had to dedicate time to go over many of the types.
Many people ask me the same question over and over. They ask, “Which tea is best for my skin?” Well, that’s a tough question to answer given that we have so many different individual needs that must be met. Many of these teas will help do more than just clear your skin. They can make you feel better and actually put you in a healthy physical and mental state. Here’s a list of the different types of teas you can begin consuming.
What most people don’t realize is that people have been drinking tea for many years due to the health benefits that they can attain from doing so. Although I’m only discussing ten types of tea here in this article, there are more that you can benefit from drinking. Don’t concern yourself with other teas for now. Instead, spend time focusing on educating yourself on the teas below. Heck, if you feel inclined enough, go ahead and purchase one or two kinds. See what impact it has on your overall well-being and skin.
- Green Tea – I’ll go ahead and start with the obvious tea. Green tea is actually really good for your skin. The tea itself has tons of agents that can successfully fight off and free radicals that form as a result of too much sun exposure.
