It’s Friday and time for some killer tips for your skin. If you didn’t know, I’m a huge superfoods fan. They can really do wonders for your skin and health in general. Keep reading to find out what these super foods can do for your skin.
These Superfoods Will Supersize Your Skin
Not going to waste any time here because it’s Friday. Here are some of the best superfoods to think about incorporating into your daily routine.
I figured I’d start with one of my favorites, coconut oil. I can personally attest to the greatness that this ingredient bodes. Let me break it down for you. If you didn’t know, coconut oil comes from mature coconuts. The trendy oil is can help with a lot of things. It’s great for your skin as it softens and moisturizes it. Coconut oil is also has detox powers. In fact, a lot of people do something called oil pooling. This is when you swish with coconut oil for 2 mins and they spit it out. It’s supposed to help remove toxins from your skin.
If you did not know, manuka honey is what I consider a super duper food. Legit, this is one of the best superfoods of all time. Ask any natural or homeopathic advocate and they will agree. Why is it so great? Well, it’s jam packed with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial benefits. It can help relieve pain from bites, cold sores, and other skin blemishes that you might have.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apply cider vinegar is another winner in the superfoods challenge. Reason being, you can gain all the benefits of the apples as well as the acid and enzymes. Apple cider vinegar is great for digestion and overall internal body cleansing. (Much like the cold cream.) There are lots of things that you can do with this vinegar. In fact, too many to list out here in this update. Let’s just say, it’s great for your hair.
Now, before you go using these superfoods, I suggest doing some more research on them. You never know what they can do for you until you take some action to educate yourself.
