Sun Damage Doesn’t Need To Happen. Just Do These Things.

If you’ve been toying around with the idea that you should put effort into protecting your skin from sun damage, then you’ve got the right attitude and mindset. Now it’s time to do something about it. I have a confession to make and it’s more of a pet peeve.

I hate tire kickers.

You know what I’m referring to and if you’re one of them. I’m talking about the people that can’t make a decision if their life depends on it. The problem is that some people are kicking tires when it comes to protecting their skin from sun damage.

Crazy as the day is long, I know. What can I say though, some people just don’t like to take action. The good news is that I’m not one of them and I’m here today to nudge you in the right direction. Here’s everything that you need to know when it comes to protecting your skin from the sun.

How To Avoid Sun Damage (The Smart Way)

I don’t care whether it’s winter, spring, summer, or even fall, you’ve got to take some action and avoid excessive sun exposure. There are some simple ways that you can do so too. All you need to do is take action and ask questions later. Here are a few things that will help you fight off any sun damage.

Sunscreen Is A Must

This might be one of the most important aspects of things and one that I highly recommend in taking action on. You’ve got to apply sunscreen if you want to avoid damaging your skin. Applying a sunscreen that contains SPF will help protect your skin from UVA and UVB rays. At a bare minimum, you need to wear a face moisturizer with SPF 30. Anything less isn’t cutting it, so just do it.

Monitor Things

There are certain blemishes that need to be monitored like a hawk. If you’re not taking photos of your moles, then you could be putting your skin in jeopardy. The best way to prevent skin issues is to watch it like a hawk and take precautions. Most importantly, take a close look at the color and size of your moles. Take note of the shape of them as well. Assuming you see some significant color changes, then contact a professional immediately.

Now, if you just hate your moles and you want to see them disappear, then just apply the Extreme Mole Remover by SkinPro and it’ll likely disappear.

Wear Hats

Sounds stupidly simple, that’s because it is. How easy is it to buy a hat and just wear it? Likely the easiest thing you’ll do all day. Wearing a hat that has a nice brim will look fashionable and it will hide your face from the rays. Nothing else to say about this, just do it and thank me later.

UV Shades

You don’t need to pick up a pair of sun blue blockers, But you’ll want to wear some sunglasses that promise to block almost 100% of the UV rays out there in order to further prevent skin damage.

Eat SPF Foods

No, you’re not going to eat or drink your sunscreen, although there are drinkable sunscreens on the market so anything is possible really. Instead, you’ll want to consume foods that are considered to be superfoods that naturally protect your skin from sun damage. Start working in foods like pomegranate, watermelon, fish, green teas, and most importantly tomatoes! Eating those foods just might be the gamechanger that you’re looking for.

See, protecting your skin from sun damage isn’t that difficult. It simply requires you taking a little bit of action, that’s all.
