We’ve all been there at one point or another. It’s a weekday and the workgroup decides to go out and have some fun. One thing leads to another and you’re waking up looking like you got hit by a bus. You feel just as bad if not worse than the way you look. It’s the dreaded morning after that scares the living heck out of you when looking in the mirror.

How To Hide A Hangover Through Good Skin Care

Okay, so the tequila shots were great last night but they are the pits today. I get it and I’m going to tell you to knock it off or at least cut back on the drinking first and foremost. It will save you lots of time, pain, money, and headaches for sure. Now that I’ve covered that, you’ll want to keep reading to learn what you can do to be proactive after boozing all night long.

First thing is first, you’ve got to do something with your puffy eyes. Depuffing your eyes is key when it comes to looking healthy. All you need to do is apply some green tea bags to your eyes after they’ve been sitting in the freezer cooling for ten minutes This will help reduce the puffiness and swelling.

The next thing you’ll want to do is apply some high-quality eye drops to your eyes. This will help remove the bloodshot eyes that you have. Also, it’ll make you feel very refreshed as well. One other product that I recommend for this area is Elite Serum which is a very effective eye serum on the market today. In fact, it’s one of the best selling serums on Amazon that I know of, so be sure to pick that up as well. Elite Serum will help with a bunch of things.

The next tip I can share with you is to apply a sheet mask before heading into work. You’ll need to set aside a few extra minutes to do this but it’ll be worth it, trust me. This should help boost hydration levels and really even things out a bit. Not to mention, it will make you feel better almost instantly within minutes. You might want to check out some of these articles here to learn more about them.

If you’re a female and you’ve been wearing makeup all night, then you’ll want to be sure to cleanse your face extra good the following morning. Give your skin a nice double cleanse using an oil-based cleanser followed by a water-based cleanser.

Are you using a toner? A top-notch toner is going to do a few things for your skin. For starter, it’s going to improve your complexion. It’s also going to help you hydrate your skin as well as remove any dullness that exists. You’ll want to be sure to find something that contains vitamins such as vitamin C as well as vitamin A.

If you’re an avid drinker that has a few extra pointers for us, then I’d love to hear them. My guess is that you’ve got some nuggets of knowledge to share with us if you party a lot while maintaining good skin. We’re all ears if you know what I mean! Don’t be afraid to share this with your fellow barflies and nightclub attendees too.
