Stop Doing These Things To Your Eyes…Or Look Older

Let’s face it, your eyes are one of the first things that people see when they meet you. If someone isn’t taking the time to keep their eyes in check, then they’ll be looking weathered and aged in no time. When your eye region is neglected and you’re constantly putting forth the effort to rebuild and repair other areas of your face, this particular area suffers.

Due to the fact that it’s a far more sensitive area than the rest of your skin, you need to treat it with care, being as delicate as possible. Whatever you do, you need to stop neglecting your under eye region and completely refrain from doing the following things if you want to slow down the aging process.

How To Fix your Eyes

You Must Stop Doing All These Things To Your Eyes Immediately

The list may not sound like a big deal, but I like to consider it somewhat of a big deal considering that even the smallest things tend to cause the biggest issues. That holds especially true when dealing with the under eye region. Here’s a list of things that you need to refrain from doing unless you want to look older and more weathered than you already do.

Under Eye Scrubbing Has Got To Stop

If you’re scrubbing your eyes, particularly any area under your eyes, then you’ll want to stop right now. Scrubbing is bad, it causes micro injuries which take place on the fragile areas of your skin. As the blood vessels break, dark circles begin to form. If you’re using an exfoliating product, do yourself a favor and avoid your under eye region entirely.

Deprive Yourself Of Sleep

Your eyes need to rest or they’ll get tired looking. It begins to show in your eye region almost immediately. Dark circles will form due to circulation being mediocre at best. As your under eye region becomes dark, you begin to look older and older. That’s how that works.

Rubbing Your Eyes The Wrong Way

Are you rubbing your eyes the wrong way? Given that your under eye region is always moving, any addition rubbing is bad. If you must rub your eye, it’s best to do so from the inner corner and outward. Doing so in the other direction is just a bad idea in its entirety.

Stop Neglecting The Brows

Be sure to take care of your eyebrows if you want to look younger. Have you ever noticed that most old people have really thin eyebrows or even worse, they have patches within their eyebrows? It’s a surefire sign that they are getting older and with that comes them looking older as well. One trick you might want to think about doing is rubbing your eyebrows with castor oil. You can do this on a daily basis, just be sure to not get any of this in your eyes.

Stop Using The Wrong Eye Cream

This is probably one of the worst mistakes that anyone can make today. If you’re not applying the right under eye treatment then chances are you’re going to be sorry. Some eye creams out there can literally destroy your skin while others work great. Be sure that you’re only applying creams that are meant to be applied to your under eye region. If you’re looking for a cream to try out, then give this one a shot right here.
