I was doing my daily industry research and while doing so, I came across what I’d claim to be some of the best advice for those that like to be physically active and sweat a lot. Let me kick things off by sharing something that Serena Williams had to say about her skin care habits. It should come as no surprise that Serena said she never leaves her house without her sunscreen. It’s what she considers the most important part of her daily regimen. According to People, Serena mentioned that she uses SPF 55 and reapplies it as well.

Next on the list, celeb personal trainer Jackie Warner. Her secret is simple and something that goes along with her training, it’s called consistency.
