The first thing you’ll want to do is make sure you’re applying sunscreen to the region on a daily basis. UV damage is the number one cause of aging and poor skin care starts right here. Find yourself a sunscreen that contains SPF 30 or higher. Where it every single day and don’t leave the house without doing so. Additionally, be sure to sport some large sunglasses to protect the area as well. The more protection, the better off you will be.

Next up, you’ll want to make sure you’re consuming enough antioxidants in your diet as well as your via the products that you’re using. Antioxidants help you fight off free radicals which build up and make you look much older than you actually may be. Be sure to incorporate skin products that contain vitamin C, vitamin E, as well as niacinamide. Make sure you’re consuming plenty of fruits, veggies, and other foods that are rich in antioxidants. Now, this is the most important tip that basically ties everything together if you ask me. It’s important to adopt a very strict healthy lifestyle if you want to look and feel young. As a result, you’ll have next to no wrinkles around your eyes, especially if you start young.

These things might not seem like a big deal to you today, especially if you’re young. However, I can almost guarantee that if you don’t take action today, years down the road you will regret not doing so!
