We’ve all seen Shark Tank featuring Mark Cuban, Damon John, Kevin O’Leary, Lori Greiner and other successful wealthy entrepreneurs. The premise of the show is simple. Present a business to the sharks and if they like it, they buy in! Well, a teen by the name of Izzi Dymalovski made it on the show and for a very good reason.
Shark Tank Teenager Wows Investors After Creating A Skin Care Line
At the young age of 13, she became the youngest entrepreneur to ever appear on Shark Tank. She appeared on an episode where she showcased her very own skin care line. Her objective was to secure funding and financial investors to buy into her skin brand called Luv Ur Skin.
The Sharks had some good advice for her. They didn’t want to further compromise her education so they advised that she stay in school and keep working hard on her business on the side. She was considered by one of the sharks to be “remarkable.”
Let me shed some light on how this all started…
At the early age of just eight years old, Izzi Dymalovski asked her mother if she could use some of her skin care products to remove makeup and residue caked on after one of her dance recitals. Her mother said that the products were meant for adult use due to the chemicals that they contained. They were good for young girls still developing. Izzi’s mother insisted that she use baby products in order to clean the makeup off of her face. Knowing how frustrating using baby products can be for young kids, she was a bit upset.
According to a recently published article in The Weekly Review, Izzi’s mother, Sonja works in the biotech industry and she had a suggestion for her daughter. Her suggestion was that she put forth time and effort to try and create her own skin care products. The product formulas were created and the ingredients used were safe for kids. She created a face wash, body wash, body lotion and a face moisturizer, all of which did not contain harmful ingredients.
Izzi sprung into action and began working on a logo, brand, and even custom packaging. The now 14-year-old is selling her products online. She’s currently selling in Australia but is looking to expand to the U.S. and Europe as well.

One thing I’d like to point out is how important it is for young people to refrain from using harsh products. Most beauty products have been created with the adult consumer in mind. It’s better to make an effort to find products that are natural or contain fewer chemicals than the typical skin care products that have been formulated today.
Looking good at a young age isn’t worth damaging your skin over. Stick to less invasive solutions and your skin and body will be grateful years down the road! For anyone interested in contacting Izzi Dymalovski or purchasing her products, you can visit her contact us page.
