I can’t count how many times I’ve been asked to share my personal skin care steps with people. I’m not exaggerating about any of this either. If I had a dollar for every single time someone asked me my routine and specific steps, then I’d be a millionaire. Okay, so maybe not that many people but enough for me to address one specific step. When I speak with other good skin advocates, some of them have shared information with me that’s a bit concerning. There’s one skin care step that a lot of people are skipping and it’s pretty crucial.
The Skin Care Step That You Likely Skip
I’m pretty certain that you’ve skipped out on exfoliating from time to time. Am I right? Well, the secret to achieving great skin is to do it all and then some. That means actually sticking to a schedule, committing to do something and actually doing it. I’m talking about exfoliating on a regular basis. This step really does wonders for your skin and it’s incredible that so many simply overlook it when it comes to their routines. Here’s the thing, I’m talking to all individuals (both men and women).
I’ve got a bit of a confession to make. I wasn’t always as strict about my skin care routine either, but when I found out what committing to it resulted in it changed my life forever. The great thing about staying committed to a routine is that you’re being proactive versus reactive. That means, once your skin begins to clear up and look nice, all you hvae to do is keep that routine going to ensure perfect complexion status.
I noticed that once I started exfoliating on a regular basis it really opened up my pores and my face no longer felt clogged. I now get rid of all that dead skin and nasty sebum that had been settling on my face for quite some time. Even worse, I was applying product over all that thinking I was doing my skin good. Turns out it wasn’t doing any good at all and it was just a huge waste of money.
What a lot of people don’t know is that they can basically tackle all that gross pore clogging activity just by religiously exfoliating. Reason being, exfoliating helps you remove all the dead skin from your face and it dramatically increases the process of new cell generation. You need these new cells if you want to keep your skin perfect looking. Do yourself and the people around you a favor. Keep this skin care step in mind at all times and never skip it. I can almost guarantee that it will lead to having less frequent breakouts and more smiling.
