Did you stay up to watch the Oscars last night? Don’t worry if you didn’t. I’m only here to fill you in on some Style Lounge info that I just got word of recently. Yes, it involves a skin care line. No, you can’t have it for free like the celebrities!
Kari Feinstein Style Lounge Features Skin Care Line
Most celebrities are huge fans of receiving swag. They get their hands on the latest and greatest stuff almost daily. It should come as no surprise that the 88th Annual Academy Awards was going to be showcasing some awesome hot products for celebs to indulge.
There were actually a decent number of skin care lines that were featured in the Style Lounge this year. Brands such as Amanda Blakley Skin Care, Bioderma and Neutratone all shared the limelight during the Oscars event.
According to Fashionstyle.com, celebs such as Katrina Bowden, got their hands on one of the Neutratone 5-in1 anti aging products that were being showcased at the event.
There were actresses such as Mollee Gray trying out the skin care products made by Bioderma.
While these events may not generate too much revenue for these brands, it accomplishes certain things for the brands that can literally cause products to go from “0 to 100 real quick,” as Drake would likely say.
I love seeing new skin care brands getting noticed by celebs. It’s great for building a business in the industry and it can really help hardworking companies take off much quicker than usual. In fact, it’s really nothing but a great opportunity. That is, so long as the product owners are wrongly representing their brands as being endorsed by celebs that try out the products.
Just ask the person that tried to do this with Sofia Vergara. Things can get a bit messy if you’re not careful! I believe she sued a company for millions after incorporating a picture of her in their advertisements.
