The L’Oreal Volume Filler Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner is a two step cleansing and conditioning system designed to add volume and body fine, thin hair.
L’Oreal Volume Filler Shampoo Review
The L’Oreal Volume Filler Thickening Shampoo deeply cleanses the hair while filling each fiber of hair with Filloxane, leaving hair feeling and looking more volumized. Filloxane is an ingredient that was originally used to fix cracks in car windows. It has now became the latest rage in hair care because it fills each strange of hair thickening it up from within. L’Oreal claims that in just 5 uses the hair diameter actually increases.
The L’Oreal Volume Filler Thickening Conditioner works in the same way as the shampoo, but conditions the hair for a silky smooth finish, leaving hair manageable and tangle free.
Our panel of product testers used this product until it was gone and the overall consensus is that the Volume Filler Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner fell short, despite rave reviews. In theory, it sounds like an amazing product for those who suffer from lackluster fine hair, however the product didn’t amplify hair like it’s claim and certainly didn’t leave the hair feeling as if the diameter had been increased. Most agreed that their hair felt rejuvenated and smooth to the touch and shiny in appearance, but sadly not thick or full. Further feedback from our panel is the fact that this shampoo and conditioner duo is not sulfate free. L’Oreal does manufacture a line that is sulfate free, but unfortunately, these two products are not a part of that line.
The L’Oreal Volume Filler Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner is available in two sizes, a 12.6 fluid ounce bottle and a 25.4 fluid ounce bottle. Each product prices out between $3.99-$5.99, depending on the size purchased. This product is available everywhere. Visit the main review page for our FULL database of skin product reviews.
