Kourtney Kardashian Shares Her Before Bed Skin Trick


Most of us think of Kourtney Kardashian and we automatically assume that she has some incredibly intense skin care regimen. It’s not a far stretch to think that Kourtney and all the Kardashian girls have a highly sophisticated skin care routine. After all, Kourtney’s skin is flawless as can be and her sisters are right there with her.

Kourtney Kardashian took some time out of her busy schedule to meet with PopSugar the other day. She had quite a few shocking things to share about her eating habits and skin care beliefs.

Kourtney mentioned to PopSugar that she uses a foaming face cleanser first thing in the morning. She also uses a toner and firming serum. Lastly, she applies sunscreen and is off for the day.

Her night routine isn’t that much different. She obviously doesn’t apply the sunscreen at night because she’s not exposing her body to UV rays. Kourtney also mentioned that she doesn’t moisturize her skin in the evening. Instead, she applies what’s known as Replenishing Oil by Manuka Doctor.

Apparently Kourtney Kardashian prefers not to use any eye cream or serums. Instead, she applies the replenishing oil on her eyelids and under her eyes before bed.

During the interview, she also mentioned that she loves incorporating natural ingredients into her skin and beauty regimen. She’s not afraid to try anything that’s natural.

We know how important a healthy diet is and how it impacts the aging process. Kourtney mentioned that she’s now dairy free and gluten free.

I can’t stress how important a healthy diet is if you want to live a more fulfilling life. I’ve had so many people approach me asking for both skin and diet tips. Honestly, most of the time I have them start with the diet due to the impact that it has on our bodies in general.

If I were Kourtney or any of the Kardashians, I would without a doubt have flawless skin and would be in phenomenal shape. They have plenty of resources to make both of those things happen.

I challenge you to try and give up something that might be unhealthy for you. Replace it with something that will improve your skin or body. You’ll thank me at the end of the week.
