Jimmy Fallon Eats Gwyneth Paltrow’s Skin Care Products On TV

I like Jimmy Fallon. He’s a great host and The Tonight Show has never been better as far as I’m concerned. He does some crazy things on the air. Jimmy Fallon basically isn’t afraid to do anything at all, even eat skin care products.

Gwyneth Paltrow brought her new skin care line called Goop, (we talked about that here) on The Tonight Show. She was interviewed by Jimmy Fallon and he basically came right out and admitted that his knowledge of skin care was pretty much non-existent. He also admitted that he knows nothing about beauty products in general but he’s not afraid to try them.

Jimmy no sooner found out that the Goop products were made from organic ingredients and that the preservatives that have been added to the product are all food grade preservatives. What does this mean? Well, that means that Jimmy had to try them out. I mean he had to literally taste them. So, Jimmy Fallon decided to dip them in McDonald’s French fries. He wasn’t alone though. Gwyneth Paltrow joined him in the tasting. Gwyneth Paltrow stated that the taste of the products was “somewhere between ranch and bath soap.”

Now while I can’t recommend that you try to taste your skin care products (in fact, I’d advise that you absolutely not do so), I can share the crazy video of these two feasting on the Goop skin care line! I’ll stick to ketchup and mustard thank you very much.

Now, if you’re not familiar with Goop, I’ll give you some background on the product line. This is a line that Gwyneth Paltrow recently launched. I imagine she decided to enter the organic skin care market after seeing how successful all the other organic products were doing. I’ve never actually tried the product, nor do I know anybody that has. But I can tell you that we at SkinCare.net have review a large number of products and we plan on reviewing Gwyneth Paltrow’s line eventually as well. For now, check out the video below to get a better idea about what the product has to offer.
