How To Up Your “Perfect Skin” Game Without Applying Any Products

Here at we talk about working in super exclusive products, super expensive products and even super affordable products. What we don’t always talk about is perfecting your skin with the exclusion of products in general.

Most people think it’s impossible. I’m here to tell you otherwise. In fact, you may not need any of the products that we’ve suggested in the past. Afterall, they’re merely suggestions, not requirements.

Which is why I’m here today to share this with you. After reading this article you’ll know all there is to perfecting your skin condition without the use of any products. This might be the most inexpensive and best way to achieve great looking skin without incorporating the use of any of the typical products that you use.

Full disclosure: I’m not suggesting that you stop using any and all products. That’s completely your choice and if you do, you need to be prepared for what may happen should you do so. Remember, if you’re taking medications of any kind, then you’ll want to only discontinue those under the supervision of your doctor or dermatologist.

Tips For Achieving Awesome Looking Skin Without Products

Put the creams, lotions, serums, and potions aside. It’s time to take a few other methods…

The first thing that I’m going to suggest you do is to start using a humidifier. Crank that puppy up, especially if you’re dealing with a skin condition like dry skin or eczema. This will help keep your skin well hydrated and it helps repair things while you sleep. Be sure to sleep with a humidifier on in your room.

Speaking of sleeping, you’re going to want to toss that cotton pillowcase right in the trash. It’s no good for your skin. Instead, opt for a silk pillowcase or even a bamboo pillowcase. The main reason you want to avoid the cotton is due to the sleep wrinkles. They aren’t good for your skin and all those lines and creases can do damage in the long run.

One more tip about sleeping. You’ll want to start sleeping on your back if you’re not already. When you sleep any other way aside from on your back, you subject your facial skin to scrunching. This means more wrinkles on your face. Sleeping on your back will prevent all this scrunching and wrinkling. In the long run, it prevents premature wrinkles from forming.

The next thing you can do is make a conscious effort to surround yourself with better air. That means either getting an air purifier for indoors or spend some time outdoors getting fresh air. Just make sure that you’re taking precautions and wearing SPF when spending time outdoors.

Did you know that food may have something to do with your skin issues? You may, in fact, be able to fix any skin sensitivities simply by cutting our certain types of foods that you might be sensitive to. If you’re having allergic reactions to foods, then it’s likely a food allergy issue. These sensitivities can often mimic the conditions like acne, rashes, and even eczema. Eliminate all foods that may be problematic and get yourself tested. Once you’ve been tested, do the right thing and adjust your diet accordingly.

Last but not least, if you want to make your skin look better, then start to up your collagen intake. Doing so will help keep your skin firm as can be and wrinkle-free. See, you don’t need to spend as much as Kim Kardashian or Paris Hilton in order to achieve the look that you’re going for. Heck, you don’t need to spend what John Mayer spends on skin care products either. Instead, start with the basics, then work in the product use. My guess is that you’ll achieve better results if you do so.

And there you have it! Better looking skin without using any products at all. Simple as that!
