The good news is that you can accomplish your goal of removing chin fat pretty quickly, so long as you take the advice that I’m about to give you.

Before I get into removing the chin fat, let me start by covering why you might actually get chin fat in the first place. There are a few things that can cause this to happen.

Getting older is definitely a factor, where drooping or sagging of your skin often happens and that turkey neck develops. The chin can do this as well and it is not a pretty sight.

Genetics play a role as some people just have an overabundance of fat and a double chin. Go ahead, blame it on your parents I guess.

You’ll want to start chewing sugar-free gum on a regular basis. This will help improve your breath as well as tighten your muscles up. You want to stick with sugarless gum to keep those extra calories away as well as prevent your teeth from rotting.

Step 3) Exercise Daily

If you’re not willing to exercise daily, then I don’t know what to tell you.
