It’s easy to look younger if you’ve got lots of time and money. You can head to the local plastic surgeon or dermatologist and have a few simple procedures done just like that. It’s really that simple but not everyone wants to opt for that approach. That’s exactly why many people opt to attempt to look younger naturally in the comfort of their own home.
I bet you didn’t know that you could even accomplish this at home, did you?
Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s without a doubt definitely achievable if you’re doing the right things to your skin. My suggestion would be to bypass all the invasive procedures and that people have suggested and take a minute to read this article instead. You may find that it’s much easier to look younger naturally by doing a few things daily in the comfort of your own home versus heading to any doctor office.
Here’s How To Look Younger Naturally (And All While Staying At Home)
These are all simple tips and tricks that you can begin implementing immediately if you want to look many years younger than your real age. Don’t sleep on any of them unless your plan is to literally get some sleep! HA, yes I made a joke there. Now back to the serious stuff…
Anti Wrinkle Serums Containing Vitamin C
The very first thing that you can do is start using an anti wrinkle serum that contains vitamin C. These serums are great for your skin as it can absorb the serum quickly and effectively. You can actually make your own vitamin C serum if you really have time on your hands but I’d typically suggest shying away from doing that. Instead, just buy one of the more popular brands and see how your skin reacts to it. I know many individuals that have noticed an improvement in both elasticity and collagen production when using a serum daily.
Here’s a video on how to create your own vitamin C serum if you’re up for that challenge…
Work On Eye Brows
The next and probably the quickest thing you can do is work on fixing your eyebrows. Did you know that full eyebrows make you look much younger than your age? Some say that it can shave off up to ten years. I’m not sure it’s that much but it certainly makes you look much more youthful. You’ll need an eyebrow brush to accomplish this task and you’re going to likely need an eye pencil as well. Do your best to try and elongate your brows by filling them in with a pencil. Just be sure not to make your lines too harsh or you’ll look too suspect.
Plump Your Lips
Have you noticed that many older women try their best to have plump lips? They do this because they want their lips to look more youthful. Lip plumping is nothing new and it’s something that some people try to achieve via a simple plumping gloss. Many women go to the extent of getting botox injections but you don’t necessarily need to do this. All you need to do is stimulate your system enough to improve collagen production. The good thing is that this can be done at home in a matter of minutes on a daily basis.
Work Your Hands
What I mean by that is work on not causing more damage to your hands. Every older woman that I know tells me they wish they had younger looking hands. It’s all because they spend so much time neglecting them that their age is easily determined just by looking at their hands. The skin on your hands can become damaged easily if you’re not careful enough. UV rays can really do a number on them and that’s why it’s of uber importance that you apply SPF to your hands on a daily basis. Another thing you can do is apply that face moisturizer to your hands as well versus rinsing them. It can make all the difference in the world.
You knew exactly where I was going here. I’m going to harp on you and tell you just how important it is to moisturize daily. You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars on products either. Just purchase one reasonably priced moisturizing cream and see how your skin reacts to that. You should notice your skin to look and feel younger the longer that you use it. The appearance of lines and ugly wrinkles may soon disappear. Lastly, don’t forget to pick up a night cream to apply in the evening before bed. That’s an absolute must if you’re not doing that already.
I know this one might sound like a bit of work but who said looking young and pretty was easy! If you want to look and feel younger, then you must exercise. What I mean by that is that you’ve got to put forth the effort to get the blood flowing in your skin and keep yourself in shape daily. I know more men and women that look much younger than their age because they turn on the TV, pop in P90X and spend 30 minutes a day burning calories! Trust me, this type of thing works and if you’re doing what you’re supposed to then you’ll see positive results. I’ve been working out for years and I don’t look that old, right?
Eat The Right Foods
The last thing I want to share with you has everything to do with your skin and then some. I’m talking about eating right! If you’re not spending time eating foods that should be consumed then you’re not fueling your body with the energy, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that it needs to succeed. Having said that, there are lots of things that you can eat daily which can make your skin look younger. How about starting with the basic orange or maybe even some guacamole if you’re into avocados. These are both healthy foods that you should consider eating. Just be sure to stay away from everything processed.
All of those things should help you look a lot younger over time if you’re active enough in doing what I’ve suggested!
