They tend to neglect the fact that their diets play such a prominent role in how their skin looks and feels. Trust me, all the healthy celeb diets that you come across aren’t going to work for you but one or two fo them just might help whip your skin and body back into shape. Most of these are much different than the ABC diet that I’ve shared.

Based on our research, Posh Spice is one to try many diets. However, her personal favorite is known as the alkaline diet. This diet helps focus on maintaining a pH balance of 7.40. The way this is achieved is by consuming mostly vegetables and not consuming any red meat or cheese. Oh, I should also mention how important it is that you drink lots of water on this diet.
Next on the list if by far the most popular Kardashian sister of 2017. Kylie Jenner is the youngest sister and she loves to eat but never goes overboard with the food. She is very serious about what she eats and how often she exercises. Guess what, Kylie is lactose intolerant! She has eliminated dairy from her diet complete and has lost weight as a result. Avoiding lactose helps control her inflammation and feel more energetic than ever before.
The infamous Megan Fox lives and breathes what’s called the 5-factor diet. She eats five small meals every day and each of the meals consist of five simple elements such as water, good fats, lean protein, and healthy fats which can all be cooked in a matter of five minutes. Sounds extremely basic, that’s because it is!
Now, what you need to understand about Beyonce is that she’s taken things to the next level in terms of her diet. What I mean by that is, she’s completely removed proteins derived from animals from her diet. The concept of this diet is actually based on a book written by Marco Borges of Miami, FL. The book is called The 22-Day Revolution and it’s supposed to help transform your mind and body in a matter of 22 days. Beyonce chooses to eat vegetables as her main source of vitamins and energy.
It wouldn’t be right if I didn’t share some of the celeb diet secrets of Gisele. After all, she’s the most popular model on the planet. Her husband, Tom Brady has a pretty strange diet as well. They both have a professional chef that cooks all their meals. There are a few things that they will not ever consume and that’s iodized salt, Solano vegetable e.g. eggplants, potatoes, tomatoes, and more. Oh, they also avoid refined flours. Does Diet Really Matter?
I feel that it’s extremely important for me to discuss this here because I think many people don’t realize just how much of an impact their eating habits can have on their skin and body. If you look at many of the celebs in Hollywood, you’ll notice that so many of them work out regularly and they eat in a very disciplined, sometimes strange manner. It’s all about consistency and putting forth effort in the right places to yield the best results. That said, decide to make some changes to your diet and you may have nicer looking skin as a result!
