We spend a ton of time discussing the importance of skin and health but don’t cover topics such as diet nearly enough. I’ve recently spent time on the Kinobody diet and fitness program and I want to share my personal experiences using it. Being in good shape can help you get noticed in the world today. Having perfect skin often isn’t enough, which is why I want to share some information about Kinobody and the creator of the health and fitness program.
What Exactly Is Kinobody?
Kinobody is a combination of fitness and diet instructionals. It’s a program that was created by Greg O’Gallagher. Greg has put together a number of specific programs within Kinobody which have been tailored to help you achieve or reach certain fitness goals. Each series within the program contains ebooks, videos, spreadsheets, and forum access.
According to the creator of Kinobody, almost anyone can get in shape. The company claims to be able to transform your body into the ideal “Kinobody physique,” which will leave you looking like a “greek god.” His tactics and approach to fitness are very simple and it’s apparently not going to interfere with your day to day life. In other words, you won’t have to eat six times per day or workout three hours per day. Greg has attempted to replace the conventional approach to fitness with his own simplified strategy. I’ll dive deeper into each concept today.
Greg O’Gallagher has developed Kinobody to make things simple (I guess) and he says that he does so by only including three workouts each week, very little cardio, and eating anything you want. The strategy can be applied to both men and women. That’s just scratching the surface, though. Let me share some more insight about the training regimen. Don’t think you’ll have that if you get in shape. Yes, some people think that and yes, I know, he’s a fantastic marketer!
Kinobody Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0
The name of the program that I purchased was called the Kinobody AFL 2.0 program. Yes, the AFL stands for ‘Aggressive Fat Loss.” I decided to purchase this just to try something new. My diet was an absolute mess (in my eyes) and I needed a change to kick things into gear. Keep in mind that I’ve been in relatively good shape for most of my life. So I wasn’t expecting any type of earth shattering results, just a way to get lean and mean.
I purchased the AFL 2.0 program for $47 and with that purchase, I received a 33 page PDF, a set of training videos and a couple of recipe samples. The purchase also included an Excel schedule to track macros and lifts. Basically, what you’re paying for is a PDF which gives you some pointers on how to better manage your diet. Oh, I can’t forget the MP3 that comes with purchasing the Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0 program. I guess that’s for the lazy people that don’t have the patience to read.
Did The Program Work For Me?
Well, I’m going to be completely honest with you here. The program made me stronger for about a month. However, I actually felt like my metabolism was shutting down due to the large meals I was eating. I felt great on the diet at first and I wasn’t hungry at all at any point during the diet.
In fact, I ended up getting a bit leaner in the short term but things didn’t stick for me. I’m pretty dedicated to dieting and training once I get on a schedule, so I know what I’m doing and I’m coachable. I had expected better results to be quite honest. I actually had better results over the years when doing this.
No doubt about it, Greg O’Gallagher is in phenomenal shape and his routine, as well as diet, may work for him but I don’t think it’s suitable for everyone. In fact, I’m a firm believer that diets need to be tested for the best results. Some people have no idea what they need to do in order to lose weight and get ripped. If you’re one of those people, then you may want to pick this up. The one thing that I don’t want you thinking is that if this doesn’t work, then you’re doomed. There’s something out there for everyone.

He’s been into fitness and working out since he was just a young kid. In fact, at the young age of 6 years old, Greg knew that he wanted to be in shape. Greg sets big fitness goals and seems to be able to meet them on a regular basis. Many people have a hard time achieving just the basics in terms of fitness but this guy seems to be able to achieve it all. Is it genetics? The program? A combo of it all? I don’t really know.
What I do know is that he’s built up a pretty strong name for himself over the past few years. His business has a ton of haters and naysayers that diss him or call him out all over the place. He likely doesn’t care and he shouldn’t.
Should You Try The Kinobody Program?
I cannot tell you whether or not you should or should not try the program. If the regimen sounds appealing to you and you want to give it a shot, then by all means, do so. However, it might not get you looking like Greg O’Gallagher. Something like that takes years of dedication and work to achieve. If you’re looking for a quick fix or fast solution then you’ve come to the wrong place. The only thing that does that to the best of my knowledge is good old fashioned testosterone and human growth hormone. Don’t even think about taking that route unless you’re really serious about it.
