If you’re fortunate enough to not have to deal with bacne then you’re in better shape than most people. Bacne is a common condition that can really be a burden, especially during those summer months. Breakouts on the back and chest are extremely frustrating and embarrassing. If you’re susceptible to chest, shoulder or back acne then you’ll want to read this.
What Is Bacne And How Do I Get Rid Of It
If you’re wondering what bacne is, well, that’s simple. It’s acne that exists on your back or in the back region of your body. believe it or not, 50 million people in the united States are suffering from acne and some of those suffering certainly have issues with bacne. Don’t worry though, I’m going to share a few ways that you can get rid of it.
Here are a few ways that you can get rid of bacne. Please understand that you can apply multiple options in an attempt to clear up your bacne issue.
Clean Loose Clothing
Wearing clothes that are extra tight or dirty is a bad move. Fabric vigorously rubbing against your skin is horrible for bacne. That’s why I strongly recommend that you wear loose, clean clothes whenever possible. You want to wear clothes that are breathable. I personally prefer wearing Nike workout gear and Under Armour gear whenever I have a chance to do so.
Exfoliate Your Body
One of the best things that you can do for your bacne is to exfoliate. You’ll want to exfoliate using a product that contains alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) to better strip away all that dead skin that may be clogging your pores.
Put Your Hair Up
A lot of women with long hair have issues with pimples. This holds true especially when women have hair that’s shoulder length or longer. Your bare skin is sensitive and dirty hair can really aggravate your skin.
Clean Sheets and Towels
Most people don’t clean their sheets or towels enough. If you’re trying to get rid of back acne or body acne in general, then you’ve got to ensure that the products that you’re laying on and drying your body with are clean. Contact with dirty sheets and towels is very bad.
If you have really bad body acne. Incorporating a toner that’s been designed to attack body acne is a great idea. There are also cleansing lotions that can be used after vigourously applying an AHA exfoliator.
Remove The Sweat
Sweat clogs your pores. It causes skin issues and more. I know that it sounds contradictive given that sweating and burning calories is a great idea. It’s just as bad to not cleanse after sweating then it is to wash away all those supernatural oils. If you go to the gym, then I suggest that you use the facilities and shower immediately after your workout.
Masks are great for body acne. Incorporating a mask every couple days can really make a difference when it comes to ridding your body of bacne. It’s best to try and incorporate a sulfur-based mask.
No More Detergent
The perfumes in detergents are extremely strong. They can cause your body to itch uncontrollably. They can also cause breakouts. I suggest that you do one of two things. Either you stop using laundry detergent or you only use detergents that are free of dyes.
If you proactively do everything that I’ve mentioned, there’s a good chance that you’ll be able to clear up that ugly bacne. Should you continue to have issues with it, then I suggest that you seek professional help as well as start incorporating products that are specifically meant for clearing up bacne. There are plenty of health products that exist out there.
Whatever you do, in the event that you decide you seek professional help, I want to strongly suggest that you think twice about taking prescription pills to clear up your acne. More often than not, the prescription pills that are prescribed for this issue are extremely toxic. They can cause issues that can put your body in a far worse state versus dealing with simple bacne.
