Fillerina Dermo Cosmetic Filler Treatment review

Fillerina sounds like a weird and creepy name for a skin care line right? Well, not quite. It’s actually quite the popular brand with a lot of consumers talking about it and even more buying. I took the liberty to go ahead and research the heck out of this brand today. Here’s everything that I learned and what you need to know before jumping the gun and clicking the buy button.

First things first, Fillerina is a brand name that manufactures a number of products. It’s actually a part of the Swedish cosmetics company, Labo International. Even though it has many products under the same name, the most famous and perhaps one of the most widely known products around is the Dermo Cosmetic Filler Treatment.

Now, don’t go buying any cosmetic filler (even this one) until you know everything about it. Sure, they’re less invasive than traditional plastic surgery or Botox but a skin treatment nonetheless.

Fillerina Dermo Cosmetic Filler TreatmentDetails On The Fillerina Dermo Cosmetic Filler Treatment

This is a product that’s a combo of two serums that need to be used in combo fashion to achieve the desired result. It comes in a peculiar package of dual syringe-like applicators. The two-part serums are in a gel-like consistency. It’s not the first time that I’ve seen something like this. In fact, one of the serums that we praise and suggest daily is an eye serum that comes in the same syringe-like style.

Anyway, I digress, back the product at hand…

The first serum that consumers will need to use is called Gel Filler and it basically has the effect of plumping your skin. Why does it work the way it does? Well, it’s a hyaluronic acid treatment, but unlike the majority of hyaluronic acid serums out there, this one utilizes smaller sized molecules versus the tradition size. The smaller molecules can penetrate the skin more easily and deeply. In other words, this product acts at the deepest level of your skin, thus having more of a hydrating effect versus the other hyaluronic treatments. Hey, at least that’s the way that I understand it works.

Next up, serum number two!

The second serum that consumers must use is what’s known as a Nourishing Film. This product is more of a cream-like consistency. It has a repairing effect on the skin. The serum is a blend of lecithin, caprylyl glycol, urea, glycerin and more, all of which have a moisturizing effect on the skin. It also contains antioxidants and vitamins which help feed the skin the nourishment that it needs to reverse the aging process.

The Grades

The Dermo Cosmetic Filler Treatment comes in three different grades, from one to three. The first one is for mild wrinkles, the second is for people with moderate wrinkles and the third one is for treating deep wrinkles.

Depending on the condition in which your skin is will determine the grade that you choose. If you’re toying between which grade to use, my instinct would be to go with the stronger of the two choices. That’s just my personal opinion though.

How To Use The Product

The unique design of the applicator is what makes it so easy and simple to use. The tips of the applicator are smooth and simple, and by having two distinct applicators, cross-contamination is prevented. Cross-contamination is very important to avoid too. That is actually one of the many reasons why I love these syringe applicators, but that’s another story for another day.

The Filler Gel is the first step. The applicator should be filled with about one milliliter of the serum and should be applied to places where the wrinkles are most pronounced like the forehead, the smile lines, the neck wrinkles and the crow’s feet around the eyes. After you’ve allowed the gel to sit on the wrinkled areas of skin for about ten minutes, then the gel should be spread on the entire face and neck.

The second step is applying the Nourishing Film. As stated above, this Film contains several moisturizing ingredients that act to lock in the effects the hyaluronic acid has on the skin. The Nourishing Film is applied through the use of its own applicator. During this step, you’ll be drawing out about one milliliter of serum and applying it to the skin in small dots, massaging it gently. Then you’ll want to spread the serum on your whole face and neck (same as above).

Fillerina Purchasing Options

This product can be hard to find, as it is not as widely available as some other similar products, but if persistent enough, you can get this product anywhere in the world. Let’s just say that the Internet is a wonderful thing! Head on over to Neiman Marcus, Lord & Taylor, Dermstore.com, and a bunch of other online retailers. Either that or you can always just head on over to fillerinausa.com.

Many people are not jumping at the chances to get this product because they don’t like the application method, which, I have to mention, takes time to learn to apply correctly. Another issue is the relatively high price of the Dermo Cosmetic Filler Treatment, as it comes in a range from $100 to about $130, depending on the grade of the treatment. That’s pricey and at that out of reach for some consumers.

As I just mentioned, the Fillerina brand has a website devoted to its customers living in the USA. Anyone that’s interested in purchasing the product can go through the website and easily place an order. There are other, unofficial or unauthorized vendors that may claim that they carry this product. However, I strongly advise that you be extra careful when purchasing this or any other product for that matter from a third-party seller.

There are TONS of scams on the Internet and you don’t want to be a victim of one of the many skin care scams, let’s just leave it at that.

Conclusion

Seeing that this is not a very popular or very widely used product, there are not many reviews online. This is most likely due to the high price. If you like the product, you can afford it and think that it is going to help you, then definitely try it. We’d love to hear your experiences and thoughts on it.
