There’s not a chance in the world that you’re going to avoid aging. We either die young or we get older. That’s nature for you and I hate to sound pessimistic but that’s how life is. I know, you think it sounds silly, but it’s the honest truth.

Here’s what I want you to do, go up to the oldest looking person in your skin and ask them how old they are. I’m guessing, the reply that you get will be higher than you think. It’s most likely due to the fact that they’ve been performing some of the following exercises in order to stay in shape. As a result, they look younger than their real age. As an added bonus, their skin probably looks great as well.

Exercises To Do To Look Younger

Exercises That Keep You Looking Younger Than Your Real Age

Before I get into a number of exercises here, I want you to take a moment and think about something does a slow metabolism sound like fun to you? How about a decline in your daily stamina? Better yet, what about dealing with chronic illness? All of these factors impact your ability to look young and maintain healthy skin.

If you want to avoid getting ill or even worse getting diseases, then you need to exercise regularly. Not to mention it can make your skin look much better than it does already. Here’s a list of exercises that are known to help you shed weight, improve your overall health, skin, and ultimately look younger.

People are flocking to yoga studios on a daily basis, sometimes multiple times per day to get their yoga fix. Yoga helps increase your flexibility, relieve stress and it’s said to help you eliminate wrinkles from your body. Give it a shot and you won’t be sorry. If you’re a guy and you’re scared to try it, don’t be. There are plenty of beginner classes for men to try out.

Doing squats might be the best compound exercise that anyone can do. This exercise targets that largest muscles in your body. They are also known for burning calories like crazy, which helps strip away that bad fat. Try to incorporate this exercise into your weekly workout routine, but be sure to use perfect form. I’ve literally taken myself out of the gym for over a month before due to poor form. Don’t let the same thing happen to you.

Cardio / HIIT

Doing cardio can really help improve your skin and make you younger looking. I personally suggest jumping into a spinning class or just doing some high-intensity interval training on your own. The short speedy bursts are what you’re looking for to really improve strength, circulation, and overall health.

Weight Training

I’m a firm believer in lifting weights. Some women are afraid to touch them, but those that do, look much younger and are in better shape than the rest. Weight training helps keep your muscles and bones strong. Both of which are key if you want to look and feel young as possible. Just make sure you’re performing the exercises as recommended.

Last but not least, Tabata workouts are awesome. It’s basically 4-5 minutes of high-intensity training exercises. You alternate 20 seconds working out max speed and intensity then take a 10-second rest and repeat. It’s a super hard workout but it helps you strip weight off of your body. Not to mention, it makes you look great in general.

Any of these exercises injunction with a healthy diet and lifestyle are going to help you look your best. I can’t think of a better way to live life, to be honest. If you’re spending your time and money at the bar versus in the gym and the kitchen, then you’re only hurting yourself. Take some action before the new year and kick things into gear! In fact, as an added bonus, if you want to get a jump start on things, you could think about incorporating this popular Shredz pill into your daily supplementing.
