There’s not a chance in the world that you’re going to avoid aging. We either die young or we get older. That’s nature for you and I hate to sound pessimistic but that’s how life is. Doing squats might be the best compound exercise that anyone can do. This exercise targets that largest muscles in your body. The short speedy bursts are what you’re looking for to really improve strength, circulation, and overall health.
I’m a firm believer in lifting weights. Some women are afraid to touch them, but those that do, look much younger and are in better shape than the rest. Weight training helps keep your muscles and bones strong. Both of which are key if you want to look and feel young as possible. Just make sure you’re performing the exercises as recommended.
Last but not least, Tabata workouts are awesome. It’s basically 4-5 minutes of high-intensity training exercises. You alternate 20 seconds working out max speed and intensity then take a 10-second rest and repeat. It’s a super hard workout but it helps you strip weight off of your body. Not to mention, it makes you look great in general.
