Most people can’t wait for Black Friday to come around. In just a few short days, people will begin to crowd local retail stores at midnight after their turkey and stuffing have digested in this stomachs. All carb loaded and ready to take on the crowds, people will fight for the best deals possible to save some money this holiday season. With all the limited edition Jordan sneakers, video games, and other toys, people often forget about treating themselves.
That’s right, many people completely bypass the opportunity to get skin products at deeply discounted prices on Black Friday. It’s likely because they’re focused on picking up so many other items that they simply don’t have the time or energy to spare. However, I’m here to help you save some money this year the day after Thanksgiving. I’m not an expert shopper but I know a thing or two about shopping with frugality in mind and even more so, I know that preparation is what matters most here. Let me give you some skin care shopping tips for the holiday season.
Important Black Friday Skin Care Shopping Tips
Here are some of the most important skin care shopping tips that I can recommend you take action on to make the most of Black Friday. Sure, there are likely other things that you can begin to take action on, but this is what I’ve come up with based on years of holiday shopping experience.
Make A List
The first thing that you want to do days in advance is to make a list of items that you use on a daily basis. These skin and beauty items are probably those that you should be on the look out for to get at a deep discount. I have a list on my iPhone that I’ve been keeping track of over the past two weeks.
Contact The Stores
If you have beauty supply stores that you frequent such as Sephora and Ulta, I recommend that you contact them and ask whether or not they have a Black Friday catalog that showcases the sales that they will be having. Most of the time, they will provide you with a coupon or retail savings pamphlet that they hand out within a week of the sale event taking place.
The next thing you’ll want to do is search online to see if any reputable sites have the same discounts being offered. Sometimes you can find the product much less online and they will even match the price providing that you can show proof of the discount.
Reply To Emails
If you are on an email list that sends you product offerings, don’t be afraid to email them asking if any sales on specific products will be taking place. Sometimes they are willing to give you special offers just because you contact them about it.
Don’t Wait Until Cyber Monday
Last but not least, you do not want to wait until Cyber Monday to ask about Internet deals. I suggest reaching out this week to find out what offers they plan on running. That way you can take full advantage of all of them!
Good luck this Black Friday and go take advantage of some deals!
