I’m going to be sharing my favorite face maintenance tips that have helped keep my skin looking halfway decent today. Sure, it’s not perfect but it would be much worse if I didn’t take my own advice. Here are some things that you need to know when it comes to caring for your skin.

Get Sleep

I know I’ve mentioned this one before but it’s that important that I mention it once again. If you want to maintain a nice skin facial complexion then you should sleep at least 8 hours every single day.

Eat Citrus Fruits

Begin to incorporate the use of citrus fruits in your snacking. I personally try to work in lemons, grapefruit, oranges and other fruits packed with vitamin C. It’s good for reducing wrinkles and preventing more from forming.

Wear Lots Of Sunscreen

If you want to protect your face, then you must wear sunscreen. If you’re not wearing at least something that has an SPF 15 in it, then you are putting yourself at serious risk. Freckles and sunspots will begin to form as a result. You may also begin to see wrinkles and fine lines form. Take action or look older and get skin cancer, the choice is yours. I like to use pore strips to help unclog my pores. You need to find a product that works for you, but once you do, stick with it and do it regularly. It can really help you maintain your skin nicely!

Exercise (Body & Face)

You need to strengthen your facial muscles as well as your body if you want to have nice looking skin. It’s not a coincidence that people in really good shape have good skin. Exercising can help you burn calories, increase oxygen flow and more. If you’re not taking care of your body then you are doing a disservice to your skin. You should also tighten up your diet while exercising.
