Why Avocado Oil Is A Skin Care Ingredient You Need In Your Life…

As I said, there are many reasons why you need avocados in your life. The oil is a skin care game changer and it will in fact help lead you to clearer skin. That said, I’ll cover some of the things that this can do for you.

Keep in mind that none of these things are in any special order at all. They are all positives and great things for your skin. Here’s what you need to know and why it’s the bomb for your skin. Oh, and don’t go slathering yourself with guacamole now. That’s not the right approach.

Dandruff

Are you having dandruff issues? Well, you’re not the only one. It’s super annoying, embarrassing, and can cause more confidence and social problems than you think. The main issue here is dry scalp and guess what, avocado has got your back! Using avocado oil on your skin will help prevent dandruff from developing. It will penetrate deep into your skin, help stimulate the flow of blood and it will unclog your hair follicles, a typical issue for people with dandruff.

Acne

Are you dealing with acne issues? Avocado oil may help you in more ways than you know. Sometimes using the oil or even the pulp of an avocado can fix things. Based on some of the studies that have been published, it seems like apply the extract of an avocado to your acne can help reduce the pustules and papules in your acne. The avocado extract helps reduce the production of enzymes which typically helps prevent them from developing.

Moisturize

Having moisturizing issues? If so, then grab your trusty avocado oil because it’s going to help your skin and hair more than you can even believe. Why does it work so well? The vitamin E and a healthy fat,¬†known as, oleic acid make the magic happen. You might choose to apply an avocado and honey mask to fix things. Works case, you can buy some proven product that contains avocado oil and save yourself the headache of creating a DIY mask.

Sun

Are you dealing with sun issues on a regular basis? Well, unless you’re staying indoors for eternity, then you’re going to be dealing with the sun. Did you know that your skin can suffer from really bad damage, even life-threatening issues if you don’t protect it? Avocado oil can help fight off the ultraviolet rays or more like the damage that the rays cause.

Well, applying avocado oil can definitely help. It’s the vitamin C, vitamin E, and the polyhydroxylated fatty alcohols that help keep your skin damage free. If you’ve got a bad suntan that you want to get rid of then eat guacamole. It’ll definitely help! The glutathione will most certainly help because it’s an enzyme that helps you get rid of your suntan.

Wounds

If you’ve got a bad wound, then you might want to apply some avocado oil. Given that it contains essential fatty acids as well as oleic acid, well, it can help promote the production of collagen and fix any damaged tissue. Trust me, there’s nothing worse than a bad wound. Use this natural oil and take a homeopathic approach to healing¬†your wounds.

Well, if that doesn’t convince you enough to use avocado oil, then you just might be a lost cause. I mean that in the nicest way possible too. I’ve just shared plenty of reasons why you need to use this ingredient daily. Either you do or you don’t – make the right choice! Oh, by the way, happy Monday!
