Ashley Benson Shares Her Favorite Beauty and Health Tips

Have you seen the Pretty Little Liars? Well, Ashley Benson plays the leading role in the hit TV show. She’s managed to maintain the perfect makeup-free skin complexion that most would kill for. W Magazine recently spoke with Ashley and she opened up about some of her most helpful beauty products, health choices, and much more. She went as far as to share three main things with W Magazine.

A few things you should know about her and her beauty regimen. For starters, she changes things up on a regular basis and her routine is a bit on the edgy side.

There’s a particular brand that she turns to on a regular basis and that’s Tata Harper. Ashley Benson uses the face masks, face wash, and the serums that they manufacture. Basically, she’s obsessed with the brand. Given that she’s shooting for the healthy look and happy glow, these suit her needs just fine.

Ashley feels as though eye cream, face cream, and face wash are staples for great looking skin.

When asked what the best advice was that she’s received from her dermatologist, she mentioned that hers recommended that she never forget to wash her face.

Her facialist mentioned that it was important to not touch her skin. It’s crucial that you not do so especially during a breakout, it can make matters so much worse!

As far as products are concerned, she uses one as a moisturizer that can be picked up at any grocery store. Yes, I’m talking about coconut oil! She uses this ingredient as a moisturizer, makeup remover, hair mask, and more.

Ashley opened up about health and wellness. She confirmed that she eats extremely clean, drinks a significant amount of water and that she does workout regularly. Water is super for your skin and she knows it. As far as specific exercises are concerned, she does boxing, cycling, and pilates.

There are plenty of other things that she had to say but one really stuck with us. Her reiteration of how important getting an adequate number of hours sleep is what we like to hear, just don’t sleep with makeup on. Ashley Benson has made it clear that getting a good amount of sleep can only make you look and feel better. I love that Ashley is all about workouts and eating healthy. It can literally change your life for the better if you try to live healthier. She will go as far as spending time in Costa Rica on a yoga retreat to treat her body to the time and energy that it deserves.
