What about it? Well, to be honest ACV comes from apples and those are pretty safe to eat while on medication. I’d say that it’s pretty safe for you to use when taking meds. However, some people do claim that taking too much apple cider vinegar injunction with medications can cause your body to absorb less of the medication. My point is simple, if you’re on medication, then speak with your doctor before taking this.

I took some time to compare this diet to others that exist. It turns out that this diet is very different from all other diets. Although it requires the similar approach to the ABC Diet, it’s not like any of those celeb juice diets or even the cayenne, lemon, pepper diets. Reason being, it’s one that is rather sustainable. You can literally change your lifestyle by making a few minor adjustments to your consumption habits. In fact, if you wanted to pack a mean punch, you might think about incorporating this diet injunction with another.

Can I Use Pills As Well?

I would recommend against not using any diet pills like Shredz and other types of fat burners while doing the ACV diet. Reason being, you never know how your body is going to react to the pills and ACV. It’s not worth the risk as far as I’m concerned.
