So, you’re looking to lose some weight I take it? Well, before you go doing the apple cider vinegar diet, I want you to take the time to understand what you’re getting into. I’m not saying that it does or does not work from a dieting perspective, at least not just yet. You need to become educated on the subject before diving head first into any diet. When I first wrote about the ABC diet that I published on the site, I didn’t come out and say, “do this now!” Instead, I explained the benefits of doing so and what you should expect when taking some action. That said, let’s jump into things and discuss everything that you can expect in terms of losing weight while drinking apple cider vinegar.
What Is The Apple Cider Vinegar Diet?
First of all, let me tell you what this diet is exactly. Often referred to as ACV, it’s a diet that consists of consuming apple cider vinegar a few times each day. It’s been known to help people lose weight, digest their food better, and improve their overall health and wellness.
The ACV diet works well because it helps you control any food cravings and hunger that you might have. It also helps stabilize blood sugar levels. Once thing you should know is that this is not a quick fix by any stretch of the imagination. Some people think that it’s a natural fad diet or crash diet. Not at all, instead, it’s something that you can continuously do to keep your weight down.
Do you have constipation issues? Then that’s another reason why you’ll want to try this ACV diet out. If you have a bad heart or perhaps clogged arteries, then this might help unclog your circulatory system. It has a lot to do with the malic acid that the cider contains.
Is It A Guarantee?
Honestly, if you’re even asking me that then I don’t know what to tell you. There are literally no guarantees in life and that holds true especially with diets. It will most like make you a healthier person for sure. You may end up losing a decent amount of weight too. In fact, there have been studies showing that in just a matter of three short months, people have lost weight on this diet. I know, it seems like a long time but I assure you it’s really not that long.
What Are The Health Benefits?
The apple cider vinegar diet has a number of health benefits. For example, if you have heartburn, it can certainly help treat that condition. If you have trouble sleeping, then you’ll want to drink this daily to help fight insomnia issues. People have also been known to see a boost in overall energy when consuming this product. It’s also known to help improve your immune system, making it stronger than ever before.
Since this is a skin care site, it’s only fitting that I also talk about the benefits of drinking this and what your skin can get out of it. How does reducing your acne, warts, blemishes, and more sound? Pretty good, huh? I thought so! That’s what you get when you jump on this diet.
How To Take It
What you’re going to want to do is mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with 8 ounces of water and drink it. Be sure to use a straw to drink it so you enamel doesn’t get worn.
It’s best to drink this either before or after you eat. Most people choose to consume it after eating. They typically drink it about three times per day. As you get accustomed to drinking this, you can up your ACV intake.
Okay, so this is pretty important. You want to go with an unpasteurized, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. I personally recommend buying an organic brand whenever possible.
Warning, do not try and consume more than two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar per day. Too much of this isn’t a good thing.
Taking It In Pill Form
Some people today are opting to consume the ACV pills. They’re doing this for the mere convenience of doing so. I would always recommend the liquid form but it’s completely up to you.
What About My Medication?
What about it? Well, to be honest ACV comes from apples and those are pretty safe to eat while on medication. I’d say that it’s pretty safe for you to use when taking meds. However, some people do claim that taking too much apple cider vinegar injunction with medications can cause your body to absorb less of the medication. My point is simple, if you’re on medication, then speak with your doctor before taking this.

Comparing This To Other Diets
I took some time to compare this diet to others that exist. It turns out that this diet is very different from all other diets. Although it requires the similar approach to the ABC Diet, it’s not like any of those celeb juice diets or even the cayenne, lemon, pepper diets. Reason being, it’s one that is rather sustainable. You can literally change your lifestyle by making a few minor adjustments to your consumption habits. In fact, if you wanted to pack a mean punch, you might think about incorporating this diet injunction with another.
Can I Use Pills As Well?
I would recommend against not using any diet pills like Shredz and other types of fat burners while doing the ACV diet. Reason being, you never know how your body is going to react to the pills and ACV. It’s not worth the risk as far as I’m concerned.
Where To Buy It?
If you want to buy ACV, then I suggest you start by checking this site out. It’s super cheap and will arrive in just a few days. Another idea is that you can hit the local Whole Foods or natural foods store. Last resort, you can head to the grocery store and make a purchase.
Try the ACV diet out for just a few weeks or even a couple of months. See how you feel and give it a try to see how things go. Just don’t expect quick results or anything like that!
