Have you ever been on the market for cheap organic skin care product options? I know you have and many others out there have been on the same mission. Quite frankly, you’re one of the millions that prefer to take the natural and organic route. The good news is that there are plenty of options for you, including Andalou Naturals.
The problem with most brands out there today is that they are filled with synthetic ingredients that can sometimes be harmful. When not harmful, they’ve got unnecessary ingredients such as fragrances and others that you typically need not consume.
Andalou Naturals might be different from all those brands though. I’m not saying that you should take my word for it, but I’m suggesting that you read this skin care brand review before taking any further action. I’ll kick things off by giving you an overview of the brand itself and what I know about them.
What Is Andalou Naturals?
First off, I’ll tell you right now that Andalou Naturals is a brand that produces skin care products which are both organic and natural. They also frequently work in what are known as Fair Trade ingredients as well. The company prides itself on using these ingredients and making the products as affordable as possible so that consumers of all income levels can purchase them.
There are a few areas that I want to cover here in my brand review. Each of the topics has been listed below and I’ll do my best to cover each as well as possible.
Let me kick things off by sharing some basic company info with you. Andalou Naturals claims to make skin care products and beauty products using organic ingredients. They have a wide variety of product types that they offer for purchase. Things such as serums, toners, face scrubs, anti aging, shampoo, body scrubs and more.
The company was started by two individuals named Mark A. Egide and Stacey Kelly Egide. Both of these individuals have been working in the industry for close to 20 years and in 2010 they decided to venture into the space on their own. They carry lots of products that contain roughly 70% organic ingredients which typically omit parabens, fragrances and other things of that nature.
Based on the research that I’ve done, the company believes in fully disclosing their ingredients to customers. They don’t want you thinking that you’re not getting something or even worse, that you’re ingesting something which you’re really not. The company stays away from sulfates, artificial dyes, parabens, synthetics and more. All products are certified as being gluten-free as well as cruelty-free.
The quality of the ingredients is high if you ask me. I mean, they are high enough to meet the standards of stores like Whole Foods which is a pretty tough chain to get into. They also use quite a few Fair Trade ingredients such as shea butter and even cocoa powder. If I had to take a guess, I’d say that 70% of the ingredients within each product at organic and that’s at a minimum.
As far as effectiveness is concerned, the jury is still out. Well, I shouldn’t say that. What I should say is that everybody’s skin is different so you never know how your skin is going to respond. What I can say is that based on some light personal research I’ve done, the products seem to be proven to help repair skin that’s been damaged and renew it back to health.
As for the cost, you’ll find that most of the products that Andalou Naturals creates are completely affordable for almost anyone. There are so many expensive lines out there that sell skin products for $20.00 or more for a small jar of product. Andalou Naturals, on the other hand, give you much more and at a lower price. They typically sell for half the price.
Some of the top products that this company manufactures are the facial masks and the sunscreen. They have a Cocoa Skin Food Mask that contains organic ingredients such as avocado, cocoa, and other ingredients. It’s said to be great for those that wish to rejuvenate and repair their skin cells back to health.
Ingredients within the Cocoa Skin Food Mask include cocoa seed powder, shea butter, avocado fruit oil, coconut oil, coffee extract and more. Be sure to check online for more details if interested in the other ingredients used.
Another popular product on the market if their 1000 Roses Color Daily Shade SPF 18 sunscreen. It’s a light sunscreen formula that can be worn on a daily basis to protect your skin from both UVA and UVB damage. Not to mention, the product smells pretty darn good as well!
The ingredients in the SPF are Some of the ingredients in this product include the aloe barbadensis juice, vegetable glycerin, sunflower oil, glyceryl stearate, hyaluronic acid, and magnolia officinalis bark. If you’re looking to get some further consumer insight into this ingredient, then I suggest you check out Amazon. They’ve got plenty of reviews on the site from verified buyers.
If you head on over to Google, you’ll notice that great things have been said about this company and the products that they produce. Some other skin care sites have even named this as a top brand and product line. Sure, most of the people promoting the product may be earning money from doing so, but that’s why we don’t necessarily do that here. we want you to make your own decision which is why we leave it up to you to either go out of your way to purchase the product or you can opt to read more of our reviews, the choice is yours.
All in all, this product has a pretty strong reputation and I believe that it’s like one that you can trust to purchase.
Before you do, head on over to the local Whole Foods store and ask a store clerk their thoughts on the products. They may have further insight for you.
