Alesha Dixon is an extremely talented British singer, dancer, model and just about anything else you can think of. Apparently she’s also becoming an expert in skin care too. She’s met with Hello Magazine the other day to share some of her tried and true tips for achieving a perfect skin complexion. This applies to even those that might have an extremely busy day. If they work keeping this successful and beautiful 37 year old’s skin looking young, then they will most likely work for you. Here are a few of Alesha Dixon’s tips for keeping your skin beautiful.
Alesha Dixon Skin Care Tips
There’s one super important skin care tip that Alesha believes in and it doesn’t cost a thing. It’s completely free and you just need to make time for it. One word…
Hello Magazine reported that Alesha had told The Telegraph that “a good night’s sleep will do more for your face than any cream,” and she might have a point there. She believes that sleep is a crucial benefactor when it comes to keeping your skin looking perfect. The problem is that sleep is one of those things that we just don’t get enough of. Unfortunately, most of us are so busy that we do not have time to get enough hours worth of sleep each night. The good news is that there are things that you can do in the event that you can’t get a good amount of quality sleep.
Alesha stated that one can replenish your skin through the use of oils to help achieve that perfect condition. That’s still not enough though. Alesha also feels that it’s extremely important to treat your body right and that requires incorporating regular exercise as well as eating well. These are all great things for your skin and they can do wonders for your body and healthy lifestyle in general.
I should also mention that Alesha relies on consistent supplement use to also help keep your skin looking healthy. Some of the supplements that she recommends are coconut oil and vitamin E oil. You do not need to ingest them, just apply them generously to your skin.
Surprisingly, unlike many famous celebrities, Alesha doesn’t see a dermatologist. She explained that seeing one “sounds too fancy,” and that see prefers to take an approach which is more simple works better for her. That means just listening to her body and taking a more natural approach. I think the most important thing to gather from Alesha is that she believes in consistency and understanding your body and skin. I honestly couldn’t agree more. The same goes for weight loss. Individuals should worry less about what the scale says and more about what’s in the mirror.
